Homemade smoked salmon and cream cheese ravioli

Ingredients

For the sauce:

cooking cream

Instructions
Chop the salmon and mix with the cheese
Roll out half of the dough, brush it with egg (or water)
Place small amounts of filling at a distance of 5 cm from each other (you can use a ravioli mold to make it easier or drop filling with a piping bag)
Cover with the other half of the dough
Tighten the dough around the filling and make sure there are no air bubbles
Cut with a cutter/knife/ravioli mold. If you want to make shapes - now is the time
Boil water in a large pot with 2 tablespoons of salt, when the water boils add the ravioli
Cook for 3-4 minutes until they all float
Meanwhile prepare the sauce:
Cook the cream for a few minutes on medium heat with the spices
Transfer to the pan with the sauce, mix a little and serve
Suggestion: sprinkle some Parmesan on top
